ADI American Dawn continues fully operational at all locations; as an ESSENTIAL U.S. BUSINESS; delivering healthcare textiles, food supply textiles, hospitality & cleaning textiles, and industrial textiles.
Customers: We are prioritizing support to our current customers with committed forecasts. Your ADI account representative is available by cell/text/email for extended hours. If you need assistance in contacting the right ADI Team Member, please call us at 800‐821‐2221, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Employees: ADI is fully committed to supporting our loyal and hard‐working associates, until we emerge from this economic juncture.
US Operations: All 5 US Service Distribution Centers (Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta and Philadelphia) remain open, with same‐day shipments on orders placed before noon. For Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, and Administrative Support – we have moved these staff members to home‐based and are fully engaged in a mobile business‐continuity model.
Inventories: Critical demand products, including healthcare patient/IV‐telemetry/isolation gowns have been diminished and are now reserved for forecasted customers. Hygiene products, particularly disposable paper goods are nearly depleted, and we are taking orders for April/May deliveries. F/B napery inventories are solid, and we are building a stockpile of USA Milliken Signature products to prepare for accelerated demand, as the US self‐quarantine eventually lifts and this segment rebounds.
Hospitality and Industrial inventories are in good position.
Supply Chain: Our NAFTA/CAFTA manufacturing operations are operating at current capacity, and border crossings remain open to essential commerce. Our Cambodia and Vietnam manufacturing partners continue at full capacity. Our China manufacturing partners are now back to full throttle, and we estimate approximately 3 months to fully recover inventories on healthcare gowns. Our vertical mills in Pakistan and India are complying with government ordered shutdowns, and expect to reopen in 2‐3 weeks.
Inventoried goods from these mills are at high levels in our US DC’s, and we believe we are in very good position ‐ with the exception of certain healthcare gowns.
ADI American Dawn is strong, resilient, agile and resolute. We remain At Your Service.
