Universal Unilink Acquires IBSA, Expanding Opportunities in Healthcare and Promotional Markets

Universal Unilink, a leading group purchasing and marketing organization for independent laundries, uniform distributors, and promotional product companies, is pleased to announce its acquisition of the International Business Systems Alliance (IBSA) — a respected print-focused organization with longstanding relationships in the healthcare industry.

IBSA brings decades of experience in the commercial printing sector, including exclusive contracts with multiple Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) that serve medical and healthcare facilities nationwide. These relationships will now be available to Universal Unilink members, creating new entry points into the healthcare market, one of the fastest-growing sectors for print, apparel, and promotional products.
